How to use?

Take Collageena once in the morning, on an empty stomach and than again at bedtime. A bedtime serving of Collageena provides the nessecary nutrients needed by skin, nail, hair, joints and other connective tissues to repair and regenerate during sleep, when body goes into its repair phase. I love Strawberries Collagen Protein Milkshake

1 cup milk

6 scoops strawberry ice cream

2 scoops Collageena protein high powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream topping

1 tablespoon whipped cream (optional)

Fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)


Directions


Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped topping and sliced strawberries.







Old Fashioned Chocolate High Protein Milkshake

1 cup chocolate or vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup whole milk

3 - 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup

2 scoops Collageena high protein powder



Directions


Put all the ingredients in the canister of a blender. Blend until smooth.




CappuGeena - Cappuccino with Collagen


3 teaspoons instant espresso coffee
2 cups boiling water
3 cups of

very hot milk
6 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 grated sweet chocolate

3 scoops of high protein Collageena powder

Combine coffee and water. Stir in milk and sugar. Pour into small demitasse cups. Add 1 teaspoon ground chocolate.

Yields 8 demitasse cups.

Apricot-Pineapple-Strawberry Protein Shake

1 fresh apricot, diced
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 banana
6 strawberries
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 1/2 cup water
2 scoops high quality Collageena protein powder
1 tsp. flax seed oil (optional)


Directions


Put all the ingredients in the canister of a blender. Blend until smooth.

 



Banana-Strawberry Protein Smoothie

6 strawberries, frozen
1 banana, frozen
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 1/4 cup water
2 scoops high quality Collageena protein powder
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)


Directions


Put all the ingredients in the canister of a blender. Blend until smooth.

 





Tropical Collagen Shake

1/2 banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
1/2 mango
1 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. frozen pina coloda mix (or 1/8 tsp. natural coconut extract)

1 tsp. flax oil (optional)
6 ice cubes

Directions

Banana-Berry Protein Smoothie

1/2 pear, cored
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries

1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

Directions

Banana-Orange-Strawberry Collagen Shake

6 strawberries, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice

Healthy Fruit Salad Recipes!

 

Collageena Fruit Salad with Papaya-Mint Sauce


1/2 large cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1/2 large pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
1 11-ounce can peeled whole lychees in heavy syrup, drained, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 cup sweetened shredded or flaked coconut, toasted
Sprinkle with 1 scoop of Collageena and fresh mint sprigs

Directions


Mix all ingredients in the salad bowl.



Papaya with High Protein and Mint Sauce:

1 large papaya, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons fructose sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh mint

Directions


Puree all ingredients in processor until smooth. Drizzle Papaya-Mint Sauce over fruit. Sprinkle with Collageena powder. Garnish with mint.

 



Protein -Orange Salad



1 head of lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 orange, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
1 Tbsp AppleVinegar
2 thin slices of red onion, separated into rings
2 Tbsp reduced-fat chicken broth
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp olive oil


Directions

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, oranges and onions. In a small bowl, whisk the broth, vinegar, juice and oil. Pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are coated with dressing.  Servings: 4. Sprinkle each serving with 1 scoop of protein powder.











Fruit and Spinach Salad with Collagen

1 large red delicious apple, cored & chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) washed fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
4 green onions, sliced
1 med. pear, cored & chopped


Directions

Combine above ingredients & toss with fruited fat-free vinaigrette dressing. Serves 8. Sprinkle each serving with 1 scoop of high protein powder.



 

Fruit Salad Mix with High Protein

Take any of the fruit that you currently have in your fridge.
Examples: apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, melons, pears, etc.


Directions

Cut the fruit into bite-sized chunks.
Mix the chunks together with 2 tsp. fructose (or Stevia to taste)

Place the fruit in an attractive dish and line the inside rim of the dish with low-fat cottage cheese. Sprinkle each serving with 1 scoop of high protein powder.



 



Tropical Fruit Salad with Collagen

1 mango, cut into chunks
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and cut into chunks
1 large banana, sliced
1 papaya, cut into chunks
1/4 cup coconut cream, thin with a little orange juice if it is too thick
1 scoop high quality Collageena protein powder


Dressing:
1 banana
1 orange, sectioned
Blend dressing until smooth.

Directions

Gently combine all of the fruit with the dressing and place into attractive serving dishes. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of the coconut cream over each salad.

2 oz. freshly squeezed pomegranate juice

¼ cup of crushed ice

1 cup non-fat milk

6 oz. fat-free, frozen, blueberry yogurt

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 scoop of Collageena protein powder

Directions

Protein Banana Almond Antioxidant Blend

1 cup Pomegranate juice

¾ cup vanilla soymilk

2 ice cubes

1 banana

2 tablespoons slivered or sliced almonds

2 scoops protein powder

1 teaspoon honey or to taste

Directions

Black, Green or Herbal teas with Collagen Protein

  • Black, Green or Herbal tea bag

  • a cup of boiling water

  • 1 or 2 scoops of Collageena High Protein Powder

  • hot milk

  • sugar or honey according to taste



Directions

  • Place the tea bag in the cup of boiling water.

  • Add the hot milk.

  • Add protein powder.

  • Sweeten according to taste.

  • Serve.





CoffeeGeena – Coffee with Collagen Protein

  • Your favorite coffee

  • a cup of boiling water

  • 1 or 2 Collageena High Protein Powder

  • sugar or honey according to taste


Directions

  • Place instant cup of boiling water.

  • Add the hot milk.

  • Add protein powder.
